太子参无机元素积累动态分析

目的研究太子参无机元素的动态变化规律。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定不同采收时间太子参无机元素含量,用SPSS16.0对数据进行相关性分析。结果共检测了21种无机元素,不同采收时间太子参元素含量有所差异,部分元素含量存在7月下降,8月升高的趋势。结论太子参7月重金属积累总量较低与传统采收期基本一致,为确定太子参适宜采收期提供依据。

我国在未成年人犯罪刑事政策上存在着一体化和独立化两种主张。从心理学的角度可以发现，未成年人犯罪刑事政策应当独立化。其中，未成年人犯罪原因的差异性是其独立化的前提，惩罚负效果的扩大化是其独立化的基础，未成年人心理发展尚未定型是其独立化的关键。我国应倡导对未成年人犯罪的非刑罚化、轻刑化和非监禁化，以促进未成年犯罪人的心理发展。

繁荣发展哲学社会科学,推进学术观点、学科体系和科研方法的创新,很重要的举措是按照哲学社会科学的发展规律办事。鉴于对哲学社会科学的发展规律的研究还有待深入,本文就此谈了自己的看法和具体意见。在此基础上,本文还提出了文科学报是哲学社会科学发展规律的重要实现形式的观点,并简要论述了文科学报在繁荣哲学社会科学中的地位与作用。
