思想政治教育主体性之间的张力与耦合

思想政治教育活动中,教育者和受教育者既是参与者,也是活动开展的两极,他们主体性的发挥就是在活动过程中不断显现的,并且,在其互动碰撞中彰显其张力,适度的张力是思想政治教育主体性有效发挥的重要保证,也是教育者和受教育者主体性之间进行耦合的必要条件.     

Ethical and legal dilemmas surrounding bio-banking

The interaction of medical technology and advancements in human life and biological tissue offers many possibilities and issues, for example the area of assisted conception and the identification and treatment of disease. However, hand-in-hand with these, ethical dilemmas arise. The overarching ethical issue surrounding cryo-preserved embryos is： Should an embryo be accorded the status of ＇life＇ or should it be labeled nothing more than ＇property＇？ This question is the interaction between frozen embryos and divorce, adoption, research and terminal incidents; it is a legal and ethical quagmire that cannot be readily resolved. This issue is of particular moral importance when one contemplates the fact that the scientific definition of life is dealt with on a continuum ranging from the metabolic view to the emergence of self-consciousness. The question must become property versus life or, in essence, sale or destruction of property versus sale or destruction of life. As this paper will show, the underlying attitudes of the progenitors involved in cryogenics can be driven by the darker side of our species; that side being the possible exploitation of those individuals or those capable of becoming individuals for personal and community gain while denying or rationalizing that point of view to society as a whole.     

交通廉政生态：交通廉政文化建设的共同愿景

交通部门一度时期曾是腐败的高发区,这不仅是因为旧的体制与新的市场环境的矛盾冲突,而且还由于交通部门本身的行业特点。因此,交通部门的反腐败,一方面要坚持改革与市场经济体制不相适应的政府管理体制;另一方面,要针对交通部门的特点,加强廉政文化建设,培育良好的文化环境。为此,本刊诚邀了部分专家学者就交通廉政文化建设谈了他们的看法,现以飨读者。     

论英语动词现在完成体的意义

现在完成体本身只有一个时间意义(temporal meaning),传统认为的结果义、持续义、经历义等以及现时关联,都不是现在完成体的固有意义,这些都是现在完成体与不同的上下文相互作用的结果,都属于语用意义的范围.现在完成体本身仅表示所描述的情景在过去到现在的一个不定的时间段内发生或存在过.至于情景在整个时间段内是一直在持续,还是时断时续,还是只存在于某一些时刻.以及情景现在是否仍然存在这些问题,现在完成体本身不能做出任何说明.

"跨文化相互作用"理论与近代中德关系史研究

自上个世纪90年代起,德国柏林自由大学东亚研究所以罗梅君教授为首的中德关系史研究小组,一反传统的、以政治外交为重点的中德关系史编纂模式和现代化理论,提出了跨文化相互作用的新理论,并通过具体实践,把这一理论付诸运用,取得了重要研究成果。跨文化相互作用的理论和实践不仅颠覆了欧洲中心论在近代中德关系史研究中的霸权地位,也为近代中德关系史研究提供了切实可行的理论方法论工具和值得借鉴的范例。

Many people have begun to concern about the potential resources shortages against the backdrop of rapid economic growth.Paul Krugman wrote an article titled ‘Running out of Planet to exploit’,and in this article,the author will address the Krugman question,and to consider whether the key factor is the decision-making capacity of the international community in dealing with and adapting to the substantial interactions between energy,land,water,and food supply,and the potential global resource scarcities in these four areas—the links and limits in the paper’s title.
