石胆酸诱发豚鼠胆囊炎动物模型的病理学研究

以酶病理组织化学方法结合胆汁生化分析，研究了石胆酸（ＬＣＡ）诱发豚鼠胆囊炎和胆结石的形成过程中，肝胆系统内源性β葡萄糖苷酸酶（βＧＣＤ）、酸性粘多糖及多种胆汁成分的变化。结果表明，ＬＣＡ能造成肝损伤，引起豚鼠增生性胆囊炎病变；肝和胆囊中内源性βＧＣＤ活性明显升高；胆汁βＧＣＤ含量显著升高，且与ＵＣＢ／ＴＢ比值显著正相关。

一种简便的DNA提取方法在动物毛发检验中的应用

目的建立一种简便的DNA提取方法,用于动物毛干的DNA抽提。方法利用PCR缓冲液及蛋白酶K在PCR仪上对毛发进行消化,以此DNA为模板,扩增mtDNA 12S rRNA基因的部分片段并进行序列测定,测序结果在GenBank上进行BLAST搜索,再利用DNAMAN软件进行同源性分析。结果利用这种新DNA抽提法能从无毛囊毛发中获得后续PCR扩增所需的线粒体DNA。结论该法在无毛囊毛发样本鉴定中具有较高的应用价值。

Does knowledge diffusion between university and industry increase innovativeness?

This paper presents an econometric analysis of the impact of collaboration with universities on the innovative output of firms. We also illustrate the differences that emerge from robustness checks, based on different matching estimators and samples. Our findings strongly suggest that university collaboration has a positive influence on the innovative activity of large manufacturing firms. In contrast, there appears to be an insignificant association between university collaboration and the average service firm’s innovation output.

中国汉族人群2个高变MVR基因座遗传多态性

The distorting effects of racial animus on proximity voting in the 2016 elections

While the use of racial appeals by the 2016 Trump campaign is indisputable, researchers are actively debating their precise role in influencing voter behavior in the election. We seek to expand upon existing research which finds that racial animus electorally benefited the Trump campaign. We examine to what extent those benefits also materialized for GOP candidates down-ballot and whether racial animus distorted ideological proximity voting in the 2016 election. We find that racial animus among voters helped Republicans at multiple ballot levels and that higher levels of racial animus distorted spatial voting among voters ideologically closest to the Democratic candidate.     

Venue Preference and Earthquake Mitigation Policy: Expanding the Micro‐Model of Policy Choice

Seismologists have reported that a majority of recent earthquakes in Oklahoma have been triggered by the activities of oil and gas companies. Despite this fact, there is evidence of strong opposition toward earthquake mitigation policy. In this article, we argue that how individuals define issues affect their policy choice. Furthermore, we incorporate the concept of venue shopping from the literature on macro theories of the policy process to investigate the effect of problem definition in shaping individual venue preference for policy choice. Using unique survey data, we find that problem definition, particularly issue causality and issue image, is strongly related to individual support for earthquake mitigation policy. However, a more nuanced relationship between individual problem definition and venue preference is observed. Our findings contribute to scholarly endeavors to understand the politics of problem definition at an individual level, which may be the precursor of understanding policy choices at the institutional level.
