略谈新闻摄影典型瞬间形象的捕捉

在新闻摄影实践中 ,能否捕捉住典型瞬间形象 ,是新闻摄影成败的关键 ,因此 ,要求新闻摄影工作者在工作中必须做到 :正确认识捕捉典型瞬间形象的特点及手段 ;深入实际、深入生活 ,进行社会调查。     

论乾隆南巡对江南形象传播之影响——以南巡相关绘画与仿建为中心

在历代帝王巡游中,清代乾隆皇帝的六次南巡最为世瞩目,其频率之高、规模之大、影响之重及后世传闻之广,堪称旷古未有.南巡期间,乾隆命画师相随,将江南名园、景致摹绘成图,大量仿建于北方御苑行宫.这种历史上最大规模的“移植”效法行为,为皇家园林体系注入了新的生机,成就了清中期皇家园林的空前鼎盛.同时,它更促进了江南形象的塑造与传播.这种移植仿制行为,是出于“视听享受”还是为“吏治民生”？对此,皇帝本人也在不断地寻求冠冕堂皇的悖论诠释.     

工人群体的媒介形象与话语表达——基于《人民日报》和《华西都市报》工人报道的内容分析

工人阶级是当前中国最大的社会群体,改革开放以来中国工人对社会、经济建设作出了巨大的贡献,但学界一直缺乏对媒介工人报道进行系统的研究.工人议题新闻报道的变迁可以为宏观社会研究或社会变迁研究提供一个微观的语言学视角,中共中央机关报《人民日报》和建国后中国第一份市场化报纸《华西都市报》改革开放以来关于工人的报道,报道量偏小,与工人群体现状有很大差距,工人议题报道在新闻源、工人媒介形象、工人媒介话语上表达具有固定的框架和模式,工人议题报道新闻源主要来自官方,工人议题报道中工人群体的话语表达比较缺乏且多正面,虽然各时期工人报道重点与工人群体状况变迁基本吻合,但是工人媒介形象和话语表达的固定框架影响工人舆情渠遘的畅通和媒介接近权.     

“Ceaseless Poverty”?

Abstract

Looking at Dickinson and Hölderlin, this essay begins by exploring the idea of the poetic dimension of existence and its relation to the image, or more precisely, to the capability to disclose into images. For Dickinson the relentless “poverty” of a non-poetic existence indicates that what is missing from such existence are not just images but the capacity for their “disclosing” - the poetic gift or aptitude. With the help of Heidegger’s essays on poetry and poverty, I invert this relation between image and poverty to show that, even though the inceptive character of the poetic word and the element of poetic dwelling it allows to emerge appear poor in comparison to images or concepts, it is the poetic word that for the very first time lets humans dwell. Although it can neither boast the richness of “pictures” nor the strength and precision of conceptual comprehension, the poetic is what opens up the world for humans and simultaneously opens their being to its characteristic manner of inhabiting this world.

IMAGES OF GOD AND PUBLIC SUPPORT FOR CAPITAL PUNISHMENT: DOES A CLOSE RELATIONSHIP WITH A LOVING GOD MATTER?*

This study argues that the nature and intensity of a person's relationship with God creates a transposable cognitive schema that shapes people's views toward public policies such as executing convicted murderers. In this context, we investigate whether Americans who report having a close personal relationship with a loving God are less likely to support the death penalty. We hypothesize that such a relationship tempers the tendency to see punitiveness as an appropriate response to human failings. Individuals who hold a loving God image are more likely to believe that God responds to those who have “failed” or “sinned” by demonstrating unconditional love, forgiveness, and mercy. Accordingly, support for capital punishment is problematic because it contradicts the image of a merciful, forgiving deity; God's purpose—and admonition to believers—is to demonstrate compassion toward those who have trespassed against others. We test these possibilities using the 2004 General Social Survey (GSS). Controlling for a range of religious factors and other known predictors of death penalty attitudes, the results show that Americans with a personal relationship with a loving God are less likely to support capital punishment for convicted murderers.

明星模仿的侵权认定与例外——以形象权保护为视角

我国法学界对明星模仿涉及的法律问题给与了很多讨论,讨论的主题涉及明星模仿的方式、侵权构成要件、法律规制等方面。目前来看,理论界对于明星模仿侵犯了权利人的合法权益并无异议,但对于认定侵权的标准和侵犯了权利人何种权益等问题仍有待进一步讨论。本文试图引进形象权的概念和形象权理论中＂附带使用＂规则对明星模仿侵权相关理论进行分析。
