大型公用建筑火灾时人员应急疏散评价模型研究

应急疏散措施的优劣是评价大型公用建筑安全水平高低的重要标准之一。本文通过分析影响大型公用建筑应急疏散措施有效性的主要因素,参照相关法规及大型公用建筑应急疏散时各指标因素的层次,建立了大型公用建筑应急疏散评价模型。将该模型应用到某高校图书馆的应急疏散评价过程中,验证了模型的准确性,为建筑物火灾人员应急安全疏散提供了切实可行的参考依据。

如何对政治工作的效能和效益进行科学的评估,是政治工作领域中人们长期以来一直想解决而又难以解决的复杂性问题之一。模糊数学为建立政治工作计算机综合评估模型指明了道路和前景,也为解决政治工作效能和效益评估等诸多复杂性问题提供了新的思路和方法。     

声纹鉴定中普通话音素间过渡方式特征研究

不同人所讲的普通话语流中相邻音素间的过渡方式分为不同的类型。音节内辅音-元音之间、音节间元音-辅音之间的过渡方式分为清晰过渡(或停顿过渡)和模糊过渡(或缓冲过渡)两种类型;音节内元音-辅音之间的过渡方式分为间断过渡和连续过渡两种类型;音节内元音-元音之间的过渡方式分为平滑过渡、间断过渡、交错过渡和异变过渡四种类型。对同一人的发音而言,不论其相邻音素间的过渡方式属于上述哪种类型,都表现出较强的自身同一性。因此音素间的过渡方式可以作为声纹鉴定中的一类特征。     

Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA), Anno 2013: Reframing The Comparative Method's Seminal Statements

This review article examines the ways in which QCA is being (re)framed by some main authors in the field, in a context of expansion and diversification of this approach and set of techniques. Charles Ragin's seminal The Comparative Method (1987) is first synthetized in the form of eight statements which are then confronted to eight recent book‐length publications: three QCA textbooks and five methodological volumes also touching upon QCA. On the whole, it appears that most statements have been considerably refined, both conceptually and technically, whereas only one statement is not taken on board anymore. In addition, QCA is being reframed and extended in different ways beyond Charles Ragin's initial statements.     

文书写作中模糊语言的使用

在公安文书写作中,不仅需要确定性语言,同样需要运用无法确定其外延的模糊性语言。模糊语言有其特征和不可替代的作用,在公安文书的写作中应根据具体情况,恰当使用模糊语言,使公安文书正确地反映客观事实,发挥其应有的作用。     

Die Ausgaben der Schweizer Kantone ‐ Eine Fuzzy Set QCA

The paper investigates the factors influencing the 26 Swiss Cantons' government expenditures. While the question has been subject to various statistical analyses, the present study has an alternative focus by adopting a configurative perspective. We take the findings of the 2002‐study by Vatter and Freitag, as our point of departure and re‐analyse their significant variables with regard to their combined impact using updated data from 2000 to 2006 and employing Fuzzy Set QCA. The results underline the important effect of monetary transfers from the federation thus corroborating the Flypaper Effect thesis from Economic Theory.

根据我国高职高校教师课堂教学的特点及其基本要求,分别从教学管理人员、教研室老师、学生三个不同角度,建立了适合我国国情的高校教师课堂教学质量的综合评价指标体系。     

Religion und Arbeitnehmerschutzgesetzgebung: Eine Fuzzy Set‐Analyse

This article focuses on the relationship between religion and employment protection legislation in Western democracies. While Esping‐Andersen claimed that catholic social teaching is the most important determinant of the level employment protection legislation, we argue that his argument must be extended by introducing political actors, religiosity and a distinction between lutheran and reformed Protestantism. The empirical part shows that religious factors can explain part of the observed variation, but the discussed extensions prove to be crucial.     

基于模糊神经网络的宏观经济预测模型综述

将神经网络理论及模糊理论相结合,建立了基于模糊神经网络的时间序列数据和断面数据相结合的宏观经济预测模型,并用实际数据对基于模糊神经网络的宏观经济预测模型进行了仿真和检验,建立了季度GDP绝对值模型,结果表明该模型优于使用单一人工神经网络的模型,也证明了该模型的有效性和可行性。
