| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's thought on cadres building is an important part of his theory, which inherited and developed Marxism-Leninism and Mao Zedong Thought of cadres building. It is also a mighty theoretical weapon to cultivate high-quality cadres. It contains abundant connotation and an integral scientific theory system, which includes the status and function of cadre; the system of cultivation, choice, employment and management. It is characterized by its scientific, practical, national and political properties, which reflect and influence each other. |
