摘    要:目的将涡旋搅拌与超声乳化技术相结合,建立了磁力搅拌结合超声辅助乳化微萃取新方法。方法使用一套自制前处理装置,将所建立的方法应用于血清中的7种有机磷农药的前处理过程中,并联用GC/MS对其进行了检测。考查了影响方法萃取效率的若干因素,确定了最优条件:90μL甲苯作为萃取剂;磁力搅拌转速为200rpm;超声萃取时间为2 min。结果在此条件下,针对血清中的7种有机磷农药的相对回收率为83%~109%,RSD为3.5%~5.6%,检出限为0.08~1.6μg/L。结论该方法操作简便、快速、准确,适合于血清中有机磷农药的测定。

Abstract:Objective A new method of magnetic stirring combined with ultrasound assisted emulsification microextraction(MS-USAEME)was developed by combining vortex stirring with ultrasonic emulsification.Methods A homemade device was used to detect 7 organophosphorus pesticides in serum by GC/MS.Several factors affecting the extraction efficiency were investigated and optimized.The optimal extraction for MS-USAEME was carried out by using 90μL of toluene as extraction solvent,the magnetic stirring speed was 200 rpm and extraction time was 2 min.Results Under the optimized conditions,the relative recoveries of 7 OPPs in serum were 83%-109%with RSDs from 3.5%to 5.6%.The LODs were in the range from 0.08 to 1.6μg/L.Conclusions This method is easy to operate,rapid,accurate and applicable for the determination of organophosphorus pesticides in serum.
