目的基于安全线的形成方式,对假币常用的内置安全线防伪纸张进行分类并对其形态特征展开分析,为假币的串并及溯源提供一种新的技术手段。方法通过VSC6000文检仪观察、电镜及能谱分析相结合的形式,基于内置安全线防伪纸张中安全线的形成方式对其进行分类,并分析其形态特征。结果基于形成方式可将内置安全线分为三类,分别是复合式安全线、内凹式安全线、外凸式安全线。结论可通过安全线形态特征将内置安全线防伪纸张分类,从而判断假币所用纸张的来源,为假币的串并、溯源及精准打击发挥重要作用。 相似文献

2006年3月16日,国务院反假货币工作联席会议办公室通报:2006年3月4日,广州市公安局黄埔区分局根据群众举报,在黄埔区某餐厅旁抓获2名正在进行假币交易的犯罪嫌疑人,从其身上搜出1999年版第五套人民币100元假币601张,2005年版第五套人民币100元假币399张,面额总计10万元.其中05版假币是自2005年版第五套人民币发行以来,这是广东省第一次发现数量较大的05版假币,也是广东省公安机关第一次破获的涉及05版假币的案件.据新华社报道,在2005年,仅广东省公安部门就捣毁制假窝点11个,缴获假人民币5.2亿元,抓获制贩、运输假币犯罪嫌疑人176名,遏制了假币的扩散和蔓延.当年9月20日,惠州市公安机关向媒体批露,当地警方捣毁了一间隐藏在深山中的制造假币工厂,抓获犯罪嫌疑人11人,当场缴获假币成品6200万元.(2005年9月22日《信息时报》消息). 相似文献

The surface structure of mint (as-issued) and handled polymer five pounds sterling banknotes was studied by atomic force microscopy and laser scanning confocal microscopy. A total of 1856 fingermarks on mint and handled banknotes from four different issuing banks (Bank of England, Bank of Scotland, Royal Bank of Scotland and Clydesdale Bank) were visualised with Vacuum Metal Deposition (VMD), Cyanoacrylate Fuming (CAF) and, on Clydesdale Bank notes, magnetic fluorescent powder. VMD was significantly more effective in developing fingermarks on handled banknotes, across all the banks studied, although effectiveness varied with issuing bank. For example, on handled Bank of England notes 45% of marks showed ridge detail with VMD development and 28% with CAF; for Bank of Scotland handled notes success rates were 17% with VMD and 1% with CAF. Microscopy of degraded banknotes showed the loss of intaglio printing and the formation of a cracked surface structure in the handled notes. These features can lead to the trapping of powder, or contaminants, increasing quantity of development agent in fingermark background between the ridges, decreasing contrast and decreasing performance of powder-based fingermark development techniques. These same features can restrict the migration of components of the fingermark, preventing fingermarks degrading through spread of material and thus reducing potential formation of empty prints, so that VMD development is not adversely affected. 相似文献

Mock jurors were permitted to take notes during a trial simulation and to have those notes available during an individualized test of recall. Compared to non-notetakers, those who took notes showed superior recall and were more involved in the trial proceedings. Laser desorption mass spectrometry (LDMS) is useful for the direct desorption and MS analysis of dyes off materials such as paper. Here it is shown that staining dyes, produced by currency degradation devices, such as those used by financial institutions or armored transport companies, can be detected by LDMS. These staining dye packs are commonly used in bank security programs to deter theft or unauthorized removal of currency from teller stations or from ATM cash cassettes. Working automatically, these technologies release a security dye to degrade the surface of the notes and possibly mark the assailant involved in the attack. These dyes can be characterized and identified directly from paper currency, and from fabrics, and uniquely identified in the presence of other dyes that are used in the printing and dying of such materials, by LDMS. In these experiments, no extraction step is required. A pulsed UV laser directly irradiates a paper or fabric sample--colorants are desorbed, ionized and detected using time-of-flight MS. Results shown here suggest that dyes such as Basic Red 1:1 and Basic Violet 11:1 are used in such devices. 相似文献
