空包弹在射击教学中的应用

为了改进射击课教学条件，探讨在没有靶场，经费紧张条件下，如何提高学员射击实占技能的途径与办法，我们尝试了在射击教学中利用空包弹的做法。我们的做法是：在学生实弹射击前一周先进行空包弹实弹模拟并请电教室教师为同学们录相，通过大家看录相，让学生自己检查射击时的心理状态和射击动作以及安全规范程度，从而发现自己的动作缺陷。这样不但使学生学到了射击技能，而且通过录相反馈，给学生们上了一堂生动的心理训练课，调动了学生上射击课的积极性，收到了较好的教学效果。实践证明，学生首次进行实弹射击采用空包弹模拟教学方法，…     

警察“被迫射击”的训练法研究

＂被迫射击＂相对于＂主动射击＂是公安机关人民警察使用武器执法的主要形式之一。根据当前我国的执法现状,各级公安院校应该将＂被迫射击＂纳入应用射击的课程体系当中,并通过法律法规训练、心理训练、技战术训练、体能训练以及模拟训练几个方面提高学员的＂被迫射击＂能力。     

射击教学中的空枪练习

反馈,在各项运动技能形成中,都具有极其重要的作用。同理,反馈在人民警察手枪射击教学训练中,能够有效地提高教学效果、促进学员射击技能的形成,使学员尽快掌握动作要领、纠正不足和错误的动作,从而提高动作质量、提高射击水平。
