论我国农垦橡胶产业土地制度的完善——以海南农垦为例

我国农垦中的橡胶产业改革已经进行多年,取得了很大成绩,但还存在着一定的问题。本文以海南农垦中的橡胶产业土地制度改革为例,对橡胶土地制度存在的问题进行剖析。以期进一步完善橡胶产业土地制度,实现土地资源的有效配置。     

海南“黎兵”考

黎兵是古代海南地方政府控制的以黎族人为主组成的一支军队,是一种乡兵性质的地方武装。其主要作用是为了协助官军防御和镇压黎族人民的反抗、稳定和维护海南地方的统治秩序。本文梳理了黎兵从出现直到消亡的近千年历史的发展脉络,对唐宋、元、明、清各个时期的黎兵都进行了详细的探讨和研究。     

The Balance Between Coercion and Accommodation

1. Introduction
On the morning of April 1st, 2001, a U.S. EP-3 surveillance aircraft was conducting an intelligence flight along the Chinese territorial border in the airspace south-east of China＇s Hainan Island. Two Chinese fighter jets intercepted the spy plane and followed its flight, as is considered ordinary international practice. For reasons unknown, the EP-3 airplane made a sudden maneuver and crashed into one of the Chinese planes. The Chinese plane dropped into the sea, the pilot missing. The U.S. spy plane was also severely damaged. It intruded into Chinese territorial space and landed on Hainan Island without official permission from the Chinese side. After landing, the spy plane and 24 crew on board were detained by the Chinese authorities. This air collision episode was the first of its kind in the China-U.S. relations and an urgent diplomatic crisis ensued.

我国农垦农地制度的变迁与创新——以海南农垦为例

包括海南农垦在内的全国农垦经历了丰富的制度变迁过程,其农地制度也经历了从高度集中统一的公有公用到职工家庭承包经营、租赁经营等变化。目前我国农垦农地制度在农地国有资产营运、监管、土地承包经营等方面还存在诸多问题,应采取明确农地国有资产行使、监管主体、建立国有农地承包经营制度等措施并加以完善。     

海南城镇化发展及其休闲农业为主的产业支撑调研

海南城镇化率低,但仍保留较好生态环境,为发展休闲农业提供了良好条件。该文提出,海南城镇化发展路径是通过在广大乡村地区发展种养业,在城镇内开发农产品加工业,为休闲农业提供旅游商品。在这一过程中,创造就业岗位,吸引劳动人口向城镇聚集,从而加速城镇化进程。     

海南黎峒与相关社会组织的关系研究

峒是黎人社会的基本组织,在黎人社会生活中发挥着重要的作用,本文从黎峒与合亩、村庄、峒、世家大族和封建政府等相关社会组织关系进行研究,以便全方位地了解黎峒的社会地位和社会作用。     

关于保护海南耕地质量和现代农业建设的思考

集约化农业对保障中国粮食安全发挥了巨大的作用,但长期土地高强度利用和农用化学品过量投入的负面影响也日益显现,导致以土壤养分失衡、土壤酸化、有害物质积累、生物多样性衰退等为主要表现形式的土壤物理、化学和生物学退化,给生态系统本身与环境都带来了巨大压力和严重威胁。该文分析了海南的区位特征和农业自然资源特点,阐明了海南热带农业必须走坚持特色发展、优化产业布局、以市场为导向、产业化经营、依靠科技支撑和生态协调的现代化发展之路。     

Genetic polymorphism of 30 autosomal InDel loci in Chinese Hainan Li population

A novel genetic marker, Insertion/Deletion polymorphism (InDel) shows remarkable potential for forensic DNA applications. Hainan Island is the southernmost and the second largest island in China, of which the Li ethnic group is regarded as the original inhabitants. In this study, 207 individual samples of Li ethnic group from Hainan were genotyped using Investigator DIPplex kit which contains 30 autosomal InDels and Amelogenin. Allele frequency and forensic parameters were calculated for these loci. Several deviations from Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (HWE) and linkage disequilibrium (LD) may indicate founder effect in the Li ethnic group. The combined power of discrimination (CPD) and the cumulative probability of exclusion (CPE) reached 0.99999999992912 and 0.9861, respectively. These results suggested that the kit was effective for personal identification in Hainan Li population. The population comparisons through the Nei’s standard genetic distance (R_st), phylogenetic tree, multidimensional scaling analysis (MDS), principal component analysis (PCA), and STRUCTURE analyses along continental divisions manifested that the 30 InDels panel had a certain intercontinental differentiation ability.
