阿维菌素和丙硫苯咪唑对巨蜥体内寄生虫的驱除试验

用丙硫苯咪唑和阿维菌素对国家一级保护野生动物巨蜥进行驱虫试验 ,每种药物设 2个剂量组 ,每组 6个重复。口服丙硫苯咪唑 4 0 .0mg/kg剂量组的胃肠道线虫虫卵减少率和虫卵转阴率分别为 91.4 9%和 83.33% ,2 0 .0mg/kg的剂量无效。皮下注射阿维菌素 0 .3mg/kg和0 .6mg/kg 剂量组的胃肠道线虫虫卵减少率和虫卵转阴率均达 10 0 %。试验结果表明 ,用丙硫苯咪唑驱除巨蜥消化道线虫需较高剂量 ,较小剂量的阿维菌素对驱除巨蜥消化道线虫效果很好     

伊维菌素预混剂驱除野生动物体外寄生虫的试验观察

6 g/kg伊维菌素预混剂是伊雏菌素的一种新制剂,对草食动物按0.20 mg/kg体重、肉食动物按0.25 mg/kg体重分别连续饲喂7 d和2 d.结果表明,伊维菌素预混剂对野生动物长角血蜱病、疥螨病、虱病的治愈率分别达100%、87.50%和85.71%,且安全、无任何毒副作用.     

乌审旗地区绵羊消化道线虫感染情况及耐药性的调查

为调查乌审旗地区绵羊消化道线虫感染情况及跟踪研究常用抗线虫药物的驱虫效果,通过粪便虫卵定性和定量检查法及剖检法对乌审旗不同地区自然放牧绵羊群进行了蠕虫病流行情况调查,并开展了驱虫效果比较试验。结果表明,乌审旗地区绵羊蠕虫病流行比较严重,绵羊蠕虫总感染率达84.4%,其中线虫、绦虫和吸虫感染率分别为84.3%、23.8%和7.9%。感染优势虫种为捻转血矛线虫和细颈线虫,其感染率分别为84.3%和65.6%。而且,这些优势虫种已对目前广泛应用的伊维菌素和阿苯达唑产生了高度耐药性,其给药后第7天的虫卵减少率分别为6.9%和1.7%,虫卵转阴率均为0。对左旋咪唑亦产生较强的耐药性,其给药后第7天的虫卵减少率为51.2%,虫卵转阴率约为30%。然而,不常用的碘硝酚注射液对捻转血矛线虫显示出强大的驱虫效果。因此,通过本实验掌握了乌审旗地区绵羊群中流行的主要线虫及其耐药情况,并筛选出对目前流行的优势虫种具有强大驱杀作用的药物,为后续制定合理的驱虫方案奠定了扎实的试验基础。     

畜卫佳粉对绵羊自然感染消化道线虫的驱虫试验

畜卫佳（VetGard）粉是一种含有除虫菌素（AvermectinB1）的新的广谱高效驱虫剂。已报道除虫菌素对牛、羊、马、猪、狗的线虫和体外寄生虫如虱、蜱、疥螨以及羊鼻蝇蛆、牛皮蝇蛆等都有很强的驱杀活性。畜卫佳粉是除虫菌素的一种口服剂型，本试验目的在于了解其驱虫效果。（一）材料和方法1.药物：畜卫佳粉，含0.01％（W／W）除虫菌素（AvermeFtinBI）每g含10mg，由中美合资企业杭州华东制药有限公司和北京中海动物保健科技公司提供，批号930727。使用剂量为0.lmg／kg和0.2mg／kg。经口灌服。2.试验方法；由河北省沾源县放牧羊群中选购15…     

左旋咪唑浇注剂对牛胃肠道线虫的驱虫效果

近年来,英国杨氏公司推出一种新的左旋咪唑制剂—浇注剂(Pour—on),与左旋咪唑的其他剂型(包括注射和口服)相比,最大优点是使用简便,特别适用于牛。英国、澳大利亚、墨西哥等国家大量的田间试验结果证明,对牛四胃、小肠、大肠多种线虫的驱虫率分别为99.9～100％、100％、99.6～100％;驱虫前后粪便虫卵的减少率为96～100％。为了验证左旋咪唑浇注剂驱虫效果,我们于1986年8月在广西,对自然感染多种胃肠道线虫的黄牛、水牛进行复核试验。     

应用伊维菌素阻止绵羊线虫的春季高潮

为了验证对绵羊冬季投服伊维菌素阻止绵羊线虫春季高潮的效果 ,笔者于 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 2年5月在青海省湟中县上新庄进行了该项试验。1　材料与方法1.1　试验药物　伊维菌素片 ,5mg/片 ,2 0 0片 /瓶 ,为北京中农华威科技有限公司药厂产品 ,批号2 0 0 10 5 0 8。1.2　试验动物　系青海省湟中县上新庄拉脊山牧场自然放牧的藏系绵羊。1.3　试验方法　在湟中县上新庄拉脊山牧场选择自 2 0 0 1年 5月以后未投服任何驱虫药物 ,经粪便检查感染有多种胃肠道线虫的绵羊 1群 ,对其中 2 0 0 0年产的羔羊于 2 0 0 1年 1月逐只称重、打耳号、进行粪…     

硫双二氯酚与驱虫净合用对羔羊绦虫、线虫的驱除试验

已知,硫双二氯酚(Bithionol)是家畜吸虫、绦虫的广谱驱虫剂。在驱羊绦虫方面,据Fukui氏(1960)报导,绵羊用70mg/kg对扩展莫尼茨绦虫和贝氏莫尼茨绦虫有100％的驱除效果。Enzie氏(1960)用100mg/kg能有效地驱除莫尼茨绦虫。Allen氏(1962)证明200mg/kg可驱掉繸体绦虫,175mg/kg可减少该虫感染。北京农业大学(1964～1965)用100mg/kg驱虫率为94.4％,羊只没有不良反应。驱虫净(Tetramisole)则是绵羊胃肠道线虫的一种广谱驱虫剂,国内外大量报导证明15mg/kg是安全有效剂量。 为寻求防治羔羊绦虫病和线虫病混合感染的药物,我们于1974年2月和8月进行了这一试验。     

绵羊夏柏特线虫和叶氏夏柏特线虫线粒体nad5基因和cytb基因的序列分析

本研究的目的是通过对绵羊夏柏特线虫和叶氏夏柏特线虫线粒体细胞色素b基因(cytb)部分序列(pcytb)和烟酰胺嘌呤二核苷酸(NADH)脱氢酶亚单位5基因(nad5)部分序列(pnad5)的克隆和遗传变异分析,首次为在分子水平上区分绵羊夏柏特线虫和叶氏夏柏特线虫提供理论依据。采用PCR方法分别克隆了6条绵羊夏柏特线虫陕西分离株和9条叶氏夏柏特线虫青海分离株的pcytb和pnad5。将测序结果应用ClustalX 1.81程序进行比对,然后用PAUP 4.0程序中的MP法将pcytb和pnad5串联后构建系统发育树。结果显示,获得的pnad5和pcytb序列的长度分别为388bp和659bp,其变异率在绵羊夏柏特线虫分离株中分别为0.3%~1.3%和0.2%~2.6%,在叶氏夏柏特线虫分离株中分别为0~1.8%和0.2%~1.2%,较为保守。但pnad5和pcytb序列在两种间差异率较大,分别为14.7%~16.0%和15.0%~17.3%。用pcytb和pnad5串联后的序列进行的种系发育分析表明,绵羊夏柏特线虫和叶氏夏柏特线虫分别位于2个分支,支持叶氏夏柏特线虫为独立种;pcytb和pnad5序列可作为夏柏特线虫种间鉴定的遗传标记。     

三种药物对绵羊的驱虫试验

应用清虫佳口服液、丙硫苯咪唑、左旋咪唑对绵羊进行了驱虫效果对比试验。结果表明 ,3种药物间隔 7d分 2次用药后 ,对羊线虫均表现出明显驱虫效果 ,但清虫佳组粪便虫卵转阴率(90 % )要高于丙硫苯咪唑组 (80 % )和左旋咪唑组 (80 % ) ;就对羊肝片吸虫的驱除效果而言 ,丙硫苯咪唑要好于清虫佳 ,而左旋咪唑的效果则很差。     

丙硫苯咪唑瘤胃控释剂绵羊春季驱虫试验

绵羊１５０只，分三组进行春季驱虫试验。试验组羊投放丙硫苯咪唑瘤胃控释剂１枚／只，阳性药物对照组羊一次口服丙硫苯咪唑１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重，空白对照组不给任何驱虫药物。分别于投药前和投药后１５，３０、４５、６６、８６，１２０和１４０天进行粪便虫卵计数，称取体重和剪毛。结果表明，试验组在给药后８６天时，虫卵减少率为９３．７％，驱净率为８８％；阳性药物对照组在给药后４５天时，虫卵减少率已降至７７．４％，驱净率４２％。平均体重和平均剪毛量，试验组与空白对照组比较，差异非常显著（Ｐ０．０１）。     

The Development of EU-Russian Relations

The EU＇s strategy for Russia since the end of the cold war has to a large extent failed, and the direct consequences are the currently deadlocked EU-Russia relationship. There are three reasons for this： the EU and Russia＇s respective strength and status relative to each other have been changing since the beginning of this century; the EU＇s strategy towards Russia has been more fragmenting in recently years; and the American factor. The EU-Russia relations could continue to be in poor shape in the years to come, and it is very likely sometimes even further worsening. But the two sides would refrain from extreme measures and prevent their relations from sliding into real cold war.     

Young American China Watchers＇ Views on China

In this paper, the author has made a thorough study over the new generation of American China Watchers. Most of the pages are devoted to a detailed comparison between the old generation and the young generation of American China Watchers regarding to their background, education, and views over China. At the end of the paper, the author also gives some policy suggestions for both the Chinese and U.S. government based on the findings in this study.     

The Balance Between Coercion and Accommodation

1. Introduction
On the morning of April 1st, 2001, a U.S. EP-3 surveillance aircraft was conducting an intelligence flight along the Chinese territorial border in the airspace south-east of China＇s Hainan Island. Two Chinese fighter jets intercepted the spy plane and followed its flight, as is considered ordinary international practice. For reasons unknown, the EP-3 airplane made a sudden maneuver and crashed into one of the Chinese planes. The Chinese plane dropped into the sea, the pilot missing. The U.S. spy plane was also severely damaged. It intruded into Chinese territorial space and landed on Hainan Island without official permission from the Chinese side. After landing, the spy plane and 24 crew on board were detained by the Chinese authorities. This air collision episode was the first of its kind in the China-U.S. relations and an urgent diplomatic crisis ensued.     

U.S. and East Asian Integration

the U.S. is directly impacting on the future of the East Asian community. Therefore, finding ways to get along with the U.S. is crucial to the speed, direction, configuration and character of the East Asian community. In this paper, the author has analyzed the interests of the United States in East Asia and its stands towards the East Asian integration. The author concludes that it is to the interest of the United States to make more efforts to further join in the East Asian integration. And East Asia should accept and welcome the American participation.
