近30年中国英语课程设计范式变革之检讨及其现实启示

从哲学的范式理论角度来看,影响课程设计的核心因素有国家计划、社会和市场的需求、教学共同体的集体惯性和内部的变革要求以及受教育者的呼声等;本文从历时角度描述并反思近30年来影响英语课程设计范式变革的核心内生和外生变量,阐述其内生和外生变量的运作方式.课程设计范式变革对外语教育的现实启示如教育应根据市场和社会的需求对自身作适当的反思甚至调适、外语教育应和宏观教育结合起来.

江泽民关于人的全面发展理论是学术界关注的一个热点问题。学术界广泛深入地研究了江泽民人的全面发展的内涵、实现的方式以及该理论对马克思主义人的全面发展理论的重大理论创新,并形成了一定的共识,但也有较多分歧。     

Examining the nexus between situational factors and job performance through the mediating role of work engagement and self-efficacy

The situational perspectives theory of job performance is a fundamental aspect of organizational and managerial psychology. Consequently, there is growing interest in conducting additional research to assess situational factors and job performance through the theoretical frameworks of social learning and social exchange theories, which are seldom applied in these domains. The data has been collected from 365 employees working in Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL). It was found that supervisor support stimulates job performance. It is also deduced that self-efficacy mediates the relationship while work engagement does not mediate the relationship between supervisor support and job performance. The situational perspectives theory of job performance provides a supportive framework for the development of PTCL employees. This work should be of interest in the area of situational factors and performance improvement. This study is one of the very few studies conducted to empirically assess the influence of situational factor on performance through the mediating role of work engagement and self-efficacy.     

Social development,community development and participation

Unlike social development, community development could not be achieved without participation. Participation is participating in decision making, to choose a community project, plan it, implement it, manage it, monitor it and control it. People can make a contribution to the planning process at the implementation stage, only if they are presented with a well articulated and feasible framework of approaches, objectives, alternative, etc. The paper focuses on the definition of social development, community development and participation in order to elaborate them. Main question of this article is： Participation is a vehicle to achieve development that community members can be involved directly in development process. This is theoretical research that method of data collection is document method.     

A wave of psychological forces in second language learning： An Arabic experience at IIUM

Psychological bases of success deal with relatively inner-self factors. The paper presents basic understandings of learning process as well as a model of identifying factors of second language learning success. There are a number of reasons why some students learn Arabic much more quickly than the others. Learner＇s psychological situation is one of the most expected determination factor. Therefore, its nature has to be described, its function needs to be identified and analyzed, especially in term of motivating students to have better performance in learning Arabic as a second language in the context of International Islamic University Malaysia （IIUM）.     

民族间社会心理差异对我国社会稳定结构的影响与对策

民族间社会心理差异是我国社会稳定结构深层次的心理文化背景,它对我国社会稳定结构的影响全面而深刻.为确保我国社会稳定结构的有效运行,一是要发展民族经济,构建平等团结的民族关系,提倡文化兼容,为我国社会稳定结构营造良好的心理文化环境;二是要多管齐下,坚决打击和遏制"三股势力",维护祖国的统一,从根本上清除极端性民族社会心理孳生的土壤;三是要加大对民族间社会心理差异和冲突问题的研究力度.     

两岸关系和平发展的社会机制探析

基于两岸关系的政治与社会互动逻辑,两岸关系和平发展存在着权力制衡、权利规范和社会支撑等多种构建机制,而社会机制是构建两岸关系和平发展的重要路径之一和基础组成部分.社会机制的内容分析涵盖社会动力、激励、整合、协调及保障等几个方面.两岸关系和平发展的社会机制为当前两岸关系提供了诸多启示:应确立两岸关系的多元主体多维定位,深化两岸交流沟通范围和层次,注意各项社会运行机制的深化与协调,注重社会资本的积累.     

边沁功利主义的难题：个人与社会之间

本文以《道德与立法原理导论》这样一部经典著作的分析理路为线索,讨论了边沁功利主义的两重面向：个人与社会。在考察了国内诸多学者的相关观点的基础上,着重梳理了以下三个重要问题：两者之间的“始源问题”、“和谐问题”和“个人行动的指引问题”,并在此基础上提出了我们的观点。     

维护国家安全与社会稳定的理论逻辑、历史演变与实践路径

正确认识国家安全与社会稳定的逻辑关系与体系结构,是新时代推进国家安全体系和能力现代化,开展国家安全工作的重要思想基础。西方政治思想中“社会产生国家”与“国家决定社会”两种较为主流的理论观点,都明确了国家对社会秩序和个人权利的保障作用。马克思主义则从社会决定国家出发,强调国家维护安全的外部职能与社会管理的内部职能,确立了维护国家安全与社会稳定的理论分析框架。总体国家安全观提出“统筹外部安全和内部安全”,是对马克思主义的创新性发展,维护国家安全与社会稳定呈现嵌入性、同构性与层次性的特征。新中国成立以后巩固新生社会主义政权是维护国家安全的首要任务;改革开放后突出强调社会稳定,维护国家安全为创造稳定的社会环境服务;中共十八大之后,中国坚持以总体国家安全观为指导,统筹发展与安全,建设更高水平的平安中国,维护国家安全和社会稳定。新时代国家安全工作应当遵循国家安全中央事权与社会稳定地方事权的治理事权逻辑,市民社会与政治国家二分治理结构下国家、政府、社会治理层级逻辑,法治国家、法治政府、法治社会的法治逻辑,国家安全风险与社会稳定风险的风险治理逻辑,以更好维护国家安全与社会稳定。     

俄罗斯工会改革的历史与现实：基于社会统合主义的分析

俄罗斯工会在苏联解体之后经历了由计划经济到市场经济的转变,最终形成了社会统合主义的 模式。本研究在梳理俄罗斯工会改革历史的基础上,根据统合主义理论分析了俄罗斯工会在与政府的关系、对 工人利益的代表性和自身行动能力 3 个方面的现实情况。研究认为,俄罗斯工会在改革初期复杂、动荡的政治 经济背景下所追求的自由主义模式受历史因素影响并不成功。改革的转机出现在统一俄罗斯党成立之后,俄罗 斯工会与政府关系迅速改善,并在执政党的同情和支持下提升了自身对工人利益的代表性和行动能力,特别是 运用法律武器的能力。但俄罗斯工会也面临着新就业形式和移民劳工增长的挑战,还需要进一步的改革以适应 劳动力市场的复杂变化。
