性别因素对企业年金替代率影响的实证分析

当前我国企业年金制度设计中没有充分考虑性别因素,导致男女职工的企业年金替代率存在较大差异,退休女性职工的企业年金养老金收入明显少于男性,加剧了性别不公平.延长女性职工退休年龄与提高女性职工缴费率等措施能够有效缩小企业年金替代率的性别差异,弥补企业年金制度的设计缺陷.     

金黄色葡萄球菌黏附素FnBPB-ClFA共表达质粒的构建与原核表达

采用PCR方法对编码金黄色葡萄球菌纤黏蛋白B的D区和纤黏蛋白原凝集素A的A区基因片段进行了特异性扩增,并通过重叠延伸PCR扩增了FnBPB-ClFA串联基因,构建了克隆质粒pMD19-FnB-PB-ClFA。将该基因片段定向插入到原核表达载体pET-32a(+)中,构建了表达质粒pET-FnBPB-ClFA,并将其转入宿主菌BL21(DE3)。SDS-PAGE分析表明,在1mmol/L IPTG诱导下,在51ku处出现了与目的蛋白一致的外源蛋白带。Western-blot分析表明,所表达的蛋白与目的蛋白一致。上述结果表明,该融合基因在原核细胞中成功表达。     

南京某集贸市场淡水鱼感染嗜水气单胞菌的鉴定及毒力因子检测

从南京市某集贸市场所售6种淡水鱼体内分离细菌,根据细菌染色、培养特性及16 S rRNA基因扩增等特点进行嗜水气单胞菌的鉴定,对鉴定阳性的菌株测定其溶血、溶蛋白特性,采用PCR技术调查毒力因子的基因分布情况,以斑马鱼作为实验动物研究了不同毒力基因型代表菌株的致病性.试验共分离得到39株嗜水气单胞菌,检出率为65.0%(...     

General and maladaptive traits and anger in a combined forensic psychiatric and general population sample

The present study examines the associations between anger and general and maladaptive traits in a combined forensic psychiatric and community sample of men. Thirty-four male forensic psychiatric patients and 219 men from the general population completed the Novaco Anger Scale (NAS; Novaco, 1994), the NEO-PI-R (Costa & McCrae, 1992), the ADP-IV (Schotte & De Doncker, 1994) and the VKP (Duijsens, Haringsma, & EurelingsBontekoe, 1999) at two measurement occasions with a one-year interval. The results of a series of multiple regression analyses showed that general and maladaptive traits accounted for a substantial amount of variance in anger scores. Neuroticism, Agreeableness and Externalizing traits were most prominent in the prediction of anger, while Conscientiousness was acting as a suppressor variable in the regression models. Strengths and limitations of the present study and implications for further research and clinical practice are discussed.     

论不当得利冲突规范中的“发生地法主义”

单纯的不当得利发生地法主义,即以不当得利发生地为唯一空间连结因素的双边冲突规范,就立法沿革而言,只是个过时的立法主流;就立法模式而言,此项立法主义属传统冲突规范范畴,故带有传统规范自身无法克服的僵硬封闭之缺陷,需要借助共同属人法、法院地法、原因关系准据法来软化;而就其内涵而言,“不当得利发生地”这样的表达不够准确,其指向的连结点可以是损害发生地、利益获得地和原因事实发生地,而原因事实发生地最为合理。不当得利冲突规则至今在我国尚属立法空白,因此厘清不当得利发生地之内涵,并软化该连结点后,此项主义可为我国立法所用。     

东北亚大国关系中第三方因素及地区安全共同治理

中日关系经济上的合作依存度与政治上的纷争摩擦常态化这一结构性的矛盾日趋显现.从更深层次上探究中日政治经济所处的这种分裂状态根源,从本质上讲背后蕴涵着东北亚大国关系中的域外因素:即美国的第三方因素,其对东北亚的和平稳定发挥着特殊作用.东北亚大国在地区的竞争摩擦时常较为突出,但中美日在东亚地区还是蕴涵着许多重大的共同利益.东北亚传统的"管制型"安全模式需向大国共同"治理型"模式转变趋向,意味着大国区域安全治理的权利、利益、责任的平等与分享,地区安全治理是在大国协作框架下的共同治理,应注重大国在地区安全事务中的关键作用.     

猪脾转移因子微囊的制备及其活性检测

为了提高转移因子的稳定性,以壳聚糖和海藻酸钠为囊材,采用乳化外部凝胶法制备猪脾转移因子微囊,并检测了其粒径大小、包封率、载药量等性质;通过小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬试验和迟发型超敏反应试验检测转移因子微囊的药理活性。结果显示,转移因子微囊呈类圆形,平均粒径为11.05μm,包封率为60.8%,载药量11.60mg/g;转移因子微囊能增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,提高迟发型超敏反应的能力,效果优于转移因子。结果表明,该制备工艺简单,转移因子微囊具有较好的发展前景。     

江、浙、沪商务成本结构性比对及差异性分析

本文对江、浙、沪商务成本结构性趋势进行比对,研究差异原因,并探讨对政府和企业的启示。研究表明：一般而言,随着经济发展,要素成本不断上升,交易成本逐步下降,而商务成本总体呈现上升趋势。经过比对,发现要素成本上海最高,江苏最低;交易成本上海最低,粗略认为浙江交易成本略低于江苏。在此基础上,本文分别从政府和企业两个角度,对政府政策与企业选址提出相应对策和建议。     

Student/trainee-professional implicit theories of paedophilia

Abstract

This research investigates student/trainee-professional implicit theories of paedophilia and their explanations for the current crisis of paedophilia. The research methodology is based on a previous research design (Sternberg, Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, 49, 607–627, 1985), and consists of two interrelated studies. Study 1 (n=60) develops scales for student/trainee-professional implicit theories of paedophilia and Study 2 (n=188) uses these scales in conjunction with other scales to define the student/trainee-professional implicit theories of paedophilia and to measure the potential explanations for the current crisis of paedophilia. The findings indicate that student/trainee-professional implicit theories of paedophilic personalities (pathology, abusive and mentally disordered old offender) and behaviours (devious, child focused, cognitive distortions, secretive, child lovers, sexual abusers, socially inept and grooming) seem to reflect both previous research and expert opinion. These tentative findings suggest that student/trainee-professionals' implicit theories of paedophilia, and as such the current crisis of paedophilia in modern society, seem to have developed in part from the transfer of expert knowledge (explicit theories), the impact of the media, and social constructionalism; and not from the student/trainee-professionals' individual personality and coping traits.     

Crime and punishment in Russia and the United States: 1990–1998

Since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991, dramatic sociopolitical changes have affected the ability of the Russian criminal justice system to effectively process violent crimes. This paper compares the police and court processing of selected violent crimes in Russia and the United States during the period 1990–1998. Using data from the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the U.S. Bureau of Justice Statistics, we examine the disposition of homicide, rape, robbery, and aggravated assault (i.e., serious bodily injury) cases in both countries during this period. Our findings indicate that while arrests and rates of homicide, robbery and aggravated assault decreased in the U.S. during this period, they increased in Russia. On the other hand, rape rates and arrests decreased in both countries during this period. Conviction rates as well as the percentage of defendants sentenced to prison in Russia were both higher than in the U.S. for each of the offenses studied during this period. We discuss implications of the findings and suggest additional research.
