杭州地区猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒抗体的血清学调查

从浙江省杭州地区 2 8个猪场采集猪血清 1 6 77份 ,用间接荧光免疫试验进行了猪Ⅱ型圆环病毒 (PCV 2 )抗体检测。共检出抗体阳性血清 96 0份 ,总阳性率为 5 7.2 5 % ,其中经产母猪的阳性率为 6 2 .32 % ,后备母猪的阳性率为 5 5 .5 5 % ,断奶后仔猪的阳性率为 5 5 .4 8% ,断奶前仔猪的阳性率为 5 2 .98%。血清学调查结果显示 ,PCV 2在杭州地区猪场的感染较普遍     

断奶猪多系统衰竭综合征的综合防制

猪断奶后多系统衰竭综合征(Post weaningmultisystemicwastingsyndrome ,PMWS)是由致病性猪圆环病毒(猪圆环病毒2型,PCV 2 )引起的一种传染病,一般认为,当PCV 2与其他病原合并感染时,可引起严重的临床反应。该病主要侵害哺乳仔猪和生长育肥猪,以渐进性消瘦和多系统病理损伤为特征,已成为严重危害养猪业的主要传染病之一。2 0 0 3年9～10月,天津蓟县某养猪场的部分断奶仔猪表现渐进性消瘦、皮肤苍白、呼吸困难、厌食、精神沉郁、腹泻、咳嗽等症状,死亡率较高。10月底该猪场送来5头病死猪、2 0份经产母猪血清、10份发病仔猪血清,要求检验…     

猪瘟病毒和猪细小病毒混合感染的诊断与防制

20 0 2年 2月初 ,武威市某种猪场的初产母猪产仔后发生以发热、停乳、腹泻为主要症状的疾病 ,同时 ,新产仔猪也出现发热 ,严重腹泻 ,停止吮乳等症状。发病母猪占生产母猪的 33.0 % ,占初产母猪的75 .0 % ,仔猪发病率达 2 8.2 %。发病仔猪在 1～ 2d后死亡 ,病死率达 71.3%。根据发病情况、临床症状、病理变化和实验室检验 ,确诊为猪瘟病毒和猪细小病毒混合感染。1　发病情况该种猪场共存栏母猪 36 0头 ,公猪 18头。 2 0 0 1年 6月从金昌调入后备母猪 4头 (分别编号为金1～ 4号 ) ,从青海调入 6头后备母猪 (分别编号为青1～ 6号 ) ,饲养 30d未…     

广西断奶仔猪猪圆环病毒2型的检测

对广西 16个养猪场的 2 2份断奶仔猪病料用PCR技术检测猪圆环病毒 2型 (PCV 2 ) ,对阳性病料进一步检测猪瘟病毒、猪生殖和呼吸系统综合征病毒、伪狂犬病病毒及细菌性病原。结果 ,从南宁市郊某猪场表现衰弱症状的病猪病料中检测出PCV 2 ,而这些病料没有检出猪瘟病毒、猪生殖和呼吸系统综合征病毒、伪狂犬病病毒及可疑细菌 ,证实广西存在PCV 2引起的断奶仔猪多系统衰弱综合征 (PMWS)。     

山西省猪附红细胞体病的流行病学调查

从山西省晋中、太原、大同、阳泉、晋城、临汾、运城、朔州和忻州市及吕梁地区的规模化猪场和散养的种公猪、种母猪、肥猪、生长肥育猪、断奶仔猪、哺乳仔猪采静脉血 170 2份 ,进行压片镜检 ,均检出附红细胞体 ,感染率达 10 0 %。对 5 0头产仔母猪于产后第 2d同时采母猪及其 3头仔猪血样检查 ,母猪及其仔猪均为阳性。表明了垂直传播可能是目前猪附红细胞体感染率高的原因之一。     

浙江省规模化猪场猪瘟免疫状况监测

应用正向间接血凝试验分别检测了46个规模化猪场1075头母猪、9个规模化猪场198头育肥猪、4个规模化猪场72头断奶前仔猪和13个规模化猪场296头断奶后仔猪血清的猪瘟抗体效价.结果,母猪、育肥猪、断奶前仔猪和断奶后仔猪分别有149、65、3和110份血清抗体效价≤1∶8,低于临界保护线;分别有926、133、69和186份血清抗体效价≥1∶16,视为免疫合格,免疫合格率分别为86.17%、67.17%、95.83%和62.84%,检测结果表明,断奶后仔猪和育肥猪免疫效果不理想.     

哺乳仔猪弓形虫和链球菌混合感染的诊治

1998年11月,郑州郊区某个体养猪场的哺乳仔猪不断发生死亡,后经临床观察和实验室诊断,确诊为猪弓形虫和链球菌混合感染所致。1　发病情况该饲养户饲养15头母猪、50余头生长肥育猪和7日龄仔猪2窝(共19头)。此次发病仅限于哺乳仔猪,母猪和生长肥育猪均无临床症状。仔猪发病?..     

哺乳仔猪暴发性弓形虫病的诊治

20 0 1年 12月和 2 0 0 2年 1月 ,河南省信阳市某个体猪场7～ 10日龄哺乳仔猪 2次暴发疫病 ,造成 11窝 12 1头仔猪发病 ,5 7头死亡。经临床症状、剖检变化、实验室检验及动物接种试验 ,确诊为猪弓形虫病。1　发病情况该猪场饲养母猪 3 8头、生长肥育猪 15 0余头、哺乳仔猪 16窝 170多头。 2 0 0 1年 12月中旬先后有 4窝 7～ 10日龄哺乳仔猪发病。开始出现高烧 ,每窝有 1～ 2头仔猪发病 ,1～ 2ｄ后增至 5～ 6头或整窝发病 ,病程多为 3～ 4ｄ。由于未能及时有效的治疗 ,有 4窝 3 9头仔猪全部死亡。 2 0 0 2年 1月又有 7窝 7～ 9日龄仔猪先后发…     

初生仔猪伪狂犬病的诊断

20 0 1年 4— 5月 ,郑州郊区某猪场发生以初生仔猪出现呕吐、腹泻、神经症状和高致死率为特征的急性传染病 ,根据发病情况、临床症状、剖检变化和实验室检验 ,确诊为猪伪狂犬病。1　发病情况自 2 0 0 1年 3月开始 ,该猪场出现妊娠母猪产死胎现象。随后 ,怀孕母猪流产、产死胎及干尸化胎的数量逐渐增多 ,初生仔猪也开始发病、死亡。 4— 5月份的发病统计资料显示 ,15日龄内发病仔猪几乎全部死亡 ,断奶仔猪的死亡率为 10 .0 %—2 0 .0 %。截止送检时尚有 3 6头仔猪发病 ,其中 3 0头在 1周内死亡 ,病死率达 83 .3 %。曾用磺胺类药物和其他抗生…     

猪伪狂犬病的诊断及防制

伪狂犬病是由伪狂犬病病毒引起一种人畜共患的急性传染病 ,成年猪感染后症状轻微 ,很少死亡 ,但感染母猪可将病毒传给胎儿 ,引起流产和死产。仔猪发病率和死亡率高达 10 0 %。1　发病情况1999年 8月 ,某新建猪场引进 63头妊娠母猪。当时猪场基建还未完成 ,这批猪在建设施工条件下饲养 ,10月初有 18头母猪顺利产下 168头仔猪 ,仔猪生长状况良好。 10月 16日有1窝 (共 9头 ) 6日龄仔猪发病 ,主要表现严重腹泻 ,并出现神经症状 ,72ｈ全部死亡。接着其它哺乳仔猪出现类似发病情况 ,其中最小的为 2日龄 ,最大的为 18日龄。 6周内有 48窝共 3 15头…

Marxist Philosophy vs. International Relations Research in China

This article argues for the confirmation of Marxist philosophy as the ideology that guides international relations （IR） studies in China. Justification comes through the following points. According to Marxism, correct theoretical guidance serves as the prerequisite for correct practice. Marxist philosophy embodies, by nature, righteousness, in opposition to political hegemony. Accordingly, practice under its guidance represents fruitful revolutionary realism. Finally, advanced studies of international relations in this country cannot be separated from philosophical thinking. Using these arguments as background, this article specifically advocates materialism, patriotism, and service to the people as the corner-stone of China＇s IR theory building.     

The Development of EU-Russian Relations

The EU＇s strategy for Russia since the end of the cold war has to a large extent failed, and the direct consequences are the currently deadlocked EU-Russia relationship. There are three reasons for this： the EU and Russia＇s respective strength and status relative to each other have been changing since the beginning of this century; the EU＇s strategy towards Russia has been more fragmenting in recently years; and the American factor. The EU-Russia relations could continue to be in poor shape in the years to come, and it is very likely sometimes even further worsening. But the two sides would refrain from extreme measures and prevent their relations from sliding into real cold war.     

Excavating Concealed Tradeoffs: How Russians Watch the News

Citizens in democracies are expected to make better decisions if they understand policy tradeoffs. However, politicians rarely have incentives to communicate them; citizens are uncomfortable choosing among valued outcomes; and devising a common metric is difficult. It is not surprising that in the United States the environment provides relatively little cuing or priming of tradeoffs in television news. Russian citizens, on the other hand, face a media environment in which tradeoff cuing is intentionally suppressed by owners' agendas, yet viewers detect concealed tradeoffs even in the absence of tradeoff priming and viewpoint diversity. Analysis of discourse among ordinary Russians in 16 focus groups convened in four cities, differentiated by political reform and media market environments, showed that when watching news in which tradeoffs are thoroughly concealed, viewers challenge stories by offering a broad spectrum of uncued tradeoffs. Tradeoffs come from diverse policy domains and represent a range of cognitive strategies, some of which are considerably more abstract than others and link elements of their observations and assumptions (together with what they can extract from the stories) into complex reasoning outcomes.

Young American China Watchers＇ Views on China

In this paper, the author has made a thorough study over the new generation of American China Watchers. Most of the pages are devoted to a detailed comparison between the old generation and the young generation of American China Watchers regarding to their background, education, and views over China. At the end of the paper, the author also gives some policy suggestions for both the Chinese and U.S. government based on the findings in this study.     

The Balance Between Coercion and Accommodation

1. Introduction
On the morning of April 1st, 2001, a U.S. EP-3 surveillance aircraft was conducting an intelligence flight along the Chinese territorial border in the airspace south-east of China＇s Hainan Island. Two Chinese fighter jets intercepted the spy plane and followed its flight, as is considered ordinary international practice. For reasons unknown, the EP-3 airplane made a sudden maneuver and crashed into one of the Chinese planes. The Chinese plane dropped into the sea, the pilot missing. The U.S. spy plane was also severely damaged. It intruded into Chinese territorial space and landed on Hainan Island without official permission from the Chinese side. After landing, the spy plane and 24 crew on board were detained by the Chinese authorities. This air collision episode was the first of its kind in the China-U.S. relations and an urgent diplomatic crisis ensued.
