法是规则

考察中国古代典籍,我们可以得出结论,在中国古代学者们看来,法是规则.一是办事规则.从造屋之法、制器之法到用兵之法,凡人间事务的办理都需要法这种规则.二是社会规则.王政有法度,交往需礼法,无论是"等赋、政事、财万物,养万民"的善法,还是"佐兴虐政"的恶法,都是社会规则.三是自然规则.由人法而论及地法、天法、道法,社会规则的法应该源于自然规则的法.
