用高效液相色谱法测定跌打损伤颗粒中人参皂甙Rg1的含量

探讨了应用高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定跌打损伤颗粒中人参皂甙Rg1含量的方法 ,并对其含量进行了测定。测定条件 :色谱柱为Ultrasphere ODSC18柱 (4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm ) ;流动相为V(乙腈 )∶V(水 ) =3∶7;检测波长 2 10nm ;流速 1mL/min ;柱温为室温。测定结果显示 ,人参皂甙Rg1的含量平均为 0 .5 67% ,平均回收率为 99.11% ,RSD为 0 .92 3%。表明该测定方法简便、灵敏、准确、快速、重现性好 ,可用于控制该制剂的质量     

绵羊血浆中氟甲喹及其代谢产物7-羟基氟甲喹浓度的RP-HPLC测定

利用C8色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),以V(乙腈)∶V(15 mmol/L KH2PO4)缓冲液=39∶61为流动相,在320 nm紫外光下,利用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定了绵羊血浆中氟甲喹及其代谢产物7-羟基氟甲喹的浓度。结果显示,氟甲喹和7-羟基氟甲喹分别在20~10 000 ng/mL和20~500ng/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999和r=0.998),平均绝对回收率分别为84.3%±6.7%和67.5%±5.6%,日内与日间精密度均小于8.3%,最低检测限均为10 ng/mL;内源性物质不干扰测定。表明,RP-HPLC的工作曲线稳定,灵敏度高,操作步骤简单,可用于绵羊血浆中氟甲喹及其代谢产物7-羟基氟甲喹浓度的测定和药动学考察。     

用高效液相色谱法测定喹烯酮原料药及其预混剂的含量

用YMG-H35C18色谱柱,以甲醇水(8020)为流动相,于紫外波长229 nm处,采用内标法测定喹烯酮及其预混剂中喹烯酮的含量.测定结果,喹烯酮浓度(x)与其峰高和内标物峰高之比(Y)呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为y=0.0546x-0.0003,r=0.9999,喹烯酮在5～50μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,在上述色谱条件下其最低检测浓度为1.25μg/mL,日内与日间变异系数分别为0.37%和0.49%.     

发情期大熊猫阴道真菌的分离鉴定及酵母菌药敏试验

为弄清发情期大熊猫阴道内可培养真菌的种类及对药物的敏感性,为大熊猫的生殖道合理用药提供参考,对10只发情大熊猫阴道分泌物进行真菌分离培养、形态学鉴定并用真菌ITS序列通用引物对分离真菌进行PCR扩增、序列测定等;对分离到的5株酵母菌选用5种抗真菌药进行药敏试验。结果,从大熊猫阴道分泌物中共分离到30种真菌,包含25种霉菌和5种酵母菌(链状假丝酵母菌、担子菌类酵母菌、季也蒙毕赤氏酵母菌、汉氏德巴利氏酵母菌、皮状丝孢酵母菌)。5种酵母菌均对两性霉素B、制霉菌素敏感;皮状丝孢酵母菌对酮康唑、伊曲康唑中度敏感;汉氏德巴利氏酵母菌对伊曲康唑中度敏感;链状假丝酵母菌对氟康唑中度敏感,对酮康唑、伊曲康唑耐药。研究结果表明,发情期大熊猫阴道可培养真菌种类主要为霉菌(83.33%),酵母菌较少(16.67%);两性霉素B和制霉菌素是临床治疗由本研究中5种酵母菌引起的大熊猫阴道疾病的首选药物。     

达康灭毒灵消毒性能的试验观察

为了解达康灭毒灵的消毒效果、稳定性、腐蚀性与毒性 ,进行了悬液法定量杀菌 (毒 )试验、热稳定性试验、金属腐蚀性试验以及动物毒性试验。结果 ,在室温 (2 0℃左右 )下 ,以其含有效氯 10 0mg/L溶液对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌作用 2 0min ,对口蹄疫病毒 (OY80MF15鼠化毒 )作用2 0min ,杀灭率均达 10 0 % ;其粉剂于 5 4℃密封存放 14d ,有效氯含量下降率为 2 .1% ;含有效氯2 5 0 0mg/L的达康灭毒灵溶液对铝、碳钢、铜、不锈钢的腐蚀速率分别为 1.2 4 2、1.35 6、0 .4 6 4和 0mm/a ;其水溶液经口服途径对成年小鼠的LD50 为 2 5 48mg/kg ,经皮下途径对乳鼠的LD50 为1186mg/kg,对兔皮肤刺激反应积分为 0。试验表明 ,达康灭毒灵具有良好的杀灭微生物效果与稳定性 ,毒性小 ,浓度较大时对金属有一定的腐蚀性     

绵羊血浆阿维菌素荧光高效液相色谱检测法的建立

建立了一种绵羊血浆中阿维菌素 (AVM )荧光高效液相色谱 (HPLC)检测法。用甲醇提取绵羊血浆中的AVM ,并用ODS C18固相萃取法进行纯化 ,纯化后的AVM经干燥处理后 ,用三氟乙酸酐和N 甲基咪唑对其进行荧光衍生化 ,用荧光HPLC进行检测。本方法的最低检测限为 0 .1ng/mL ,在血浆AVM含量 2 .5～ 5 0 .0ng/mL范围内 ,标准曲线方程为Y =2 72 12x -10 412 (r =0 .9995 ) ,样品的平均回收率为 92 .0 2 %± 6.3 3 %。批内变异系数 1.98%～ 6.2 2 % ,批间变异系数 2 .3 1%～ 8.94%。检测结果显示 ,本方法灵敏度高 ,干扰少 ,重复性好。     

缺磷日粮对笼养蛋鸡生产性能及内分泌的影响

将 12 0只 19周龄依莎蛋鸡随机分成A、B、C组 ,分别饲喂总磷含量为 5 .8、4 .4和 3.0g/kg的日粮 (相应的有效磷含量分别是 4 .0、2 .5和 1.0 g/kg) ,进行缺磷日粮对蛋鸡生产性能及内分泌的影响试验。结果表明 ,B组与A组间生产性能无显著差异 ;与A、B组相比 ,C组产蛋率、体重、蛋壳品质及骨密度 (BMD)均显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ;各组间血钙、血磷含量无显著差异 ;C组碱性磷酸酶 (AKP)活性和血液骨钙素 (BGP)含量均比对照组显著提高 (P <0 .0 1) ;从试验开始到产蛋高峰期 (33周龄 ) ,A、B和C组雌二醇 (E2 )水平随年龄增长而上升 ,但随后E2 水平则呈下降趋势。试验结果表明 ,日粮总磷含量为 4 .4 g/kg时有助于提高和改善蛋鸡生产性能 ,若日粮总磷含量低于 4 .4 g/kg ,则会降低产蛋率、蛋重、蛋壳品质及骨量。     

沃尼妙林注射液的研制

以含量测定为指标,通过均匀设计试验进行处方筛选,同时优化制备工艺;用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对沃尼妙林注射液的含量进行检测;通过经典恒温加速试验,进行初步的稳定性试验研究.结果,优选得到的注射剂的工艺处方组成稳定.HPLC法的回收率为99.59%,检测限为0.030 4 μg/mL,定量限为0.085 2μg/mL,回归方程y=1E+06x-25 120,相关系数r2=0.999 7.结果表明,研发的沃尼妙林注射液较稳定,适合产业化生产.     

一种测定氟尼辛葡甲胺含量新方法的建立

为了建立高效液相色谱法测定复方庆大霉素注射液中氟尼辛葡甲胺的含量,选用色谱柱Thermo Accucore C18 100×2.1 mm,2.6 m;流动相A为0.1%三氟乙酸水溶液,B为乙腈;流动相A与B之间的比例为9∶1;用DAD检测器检测波长为254 nm;流速0.4 mL/min;柱温30℃,进样体积2.00 L。化合物的色谱图采集和积分由软件Chemstation进行处理。用内标法计算待测样品中氟尼辛葡甲胺的含量。结果,氟尼辛葡甲胺在该色谱条件下具有良好的系统适应性。回归方程的结果如下:y=2.545 35x+0.020 695 2。线性相关系数为r=0.999 91,氟尼辛葡甲胺的浓度在31.25～1000 g/mL范围内线性相关性良好。平均回收率在102.71%～108.33%之间,相对标准偏差为2.35%,小于3%。精密度试验中所有相对标准偏差都低于5%。复方庆大霉素注射液中氟尼辛葡甲胺的平均含量为212.8 g/mL,为标示量的106.4%,符合《中华人民共和国兽药典一部》的规定。上述结果表明,该方法可用于复方庆大霉素注射液中氟尼辛葡甲胺含量的测定。     

幼龄绵羊血清T4含量的季节和昼夜周期变化

幼龄绵羊血清甲状腺素 (T4)含量的放射免疫测定 (RIA )表明 ,幼龄绵羊年平均含量为 5 8.10 6ng/mL±11.0 5 4ng/mL ,其中冬季昼夜平均含量最高为 72 .5 94ng/mL± 5 .0 48ng/mL ,极明显地高于其他季节 ;春季为 60 .171ng/mL± 8.0 11ng/mL ,极明显地高于夏季均值 47.0 5 5ng/mL± 1.5 41ng/mL(P <0 .0 1) ;秋季为 5 2 .60 2ng/mL± 2 .896ng/mL,与夏季无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。测定结果还表明 ,昼夜周期性变化无明显的差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但白天小绵羊血清中T4含量高于夜晚。

Marxist Philosophy vs. International Relations Research in China

This article argues for the confirmation of Marxist philosophy as the ideology that guides international relations （IR） studies in China. Justification comes through the following points. According to Marxism, correct theoretical guidance serves as the prerequisite for correct practice. Marxist philosophy embodies, by nature, righteousness, in opposition to political hegemony. Accordingly, practice under its guidance represents fruitful revolutionary realism. Finally, advanced studies of international relations in this country cannot be separated from philosophical thinking. Using these arguments as background, this article specifically advocates materialism, patriotism, and service to the people as the corner-stone of China＇s IR theory building.     

Excavating Concealed Tradeoffs: How Russians Watch the News

Citizens in democracies are expected to make better decisions if they understand policy tradeoffs. However, politicians rarely have incentives to communicate them; citizens are uncomfortable choosing among valued outcomes; and devising a common metric is difficult. It is not surprising that in the United States the environment provides relatively little cuing or priming of tradeoffs in television news. Russian citizens, on the other hand, face a media environment in which tradeoff cuing is intentionally suppressed by owners' agendas, yet viewers detect concealed tradeoffs even in the absence of tradeoff priming and viewpoint diversity. Analysis of discourse among ordinary Russians in 16 focus groups convened in four cities, differentiated by political reform and media market environments, showed that when watching news in which tradeoffs are thoroughly concealed, viewers challenge stories by offering a broad spectrum of uncued tradeoffs. Tradeoffs come from diverse policy domains and represent a range of cognitive strategies, some of which are considerably more abstract than others and link elements of their observations and assumptions (together with what they can extract from the stories) into complex reasoning outcomes.

In this paper, the author has made a thorough study over the new generation of American China Watchers. Most of the pages are devoted to a detailed comparison between the old generation and the young generation of American China Watchers regarding to their background, education, and views over China. At the end of the paper, the author also gives some policy suggestions for both the Chinese and U.S. government based on the findings in this study.
